Sunshine Stars will face six-time African champions, Al Ahly this Sunday in Cairo in a last act to decide who progress into the 2012 Caf Champions League final.
Both teams played out a 3-3 draw a fortnight ago at the Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode.
The Cairo Red Devils are no doubt favourites to reach the final but the Akure Gunners are not ruling themselves out.
« It will be wrong to write off ourselves from a game that hasn’t been decided just yet. Al Badry also acknowledged it will not be a stroll in the park for his men against Sunshine Stars.
« I expect our opponents to attack from the start as a draw does not favour them. Sunshine (Stars) have not lost hope of reaching the final and I anticipate they will fight to the end, » said Al Badry.
